Star Bharat's Kartik Purnima goes off air due to coronavirus crisis

MUMBAI: According to a leading entertainment portal, Star Bharat's Kartik Purnima is going off air due to coronavirus crisis. Earlier, Ekta Kapoor had taken to her social media accounts to officially announce the end of Naagin 4. The show couldn't bear the brunt of the effects of lockdown because of coronavirus. And within a few hours, news of another TV show facing the impact of coronavirus has emerged. Star Bharat's latest show Kartik Purnima starring Poulomi Das and Harsh Nagar in the lead goes off the air. The show which started only in February this year, was on TV for less than two months as lockdown got announced on March 24 and has been indefinitely extended since then.

A source associated with the show told SpotboyE.com that actors have been informed about the sad news. It was only recently when the channel decided to pull the plug on the show owing to the whole pandemic situation resulting in the shoot coming to a halt. Poulomi Das has confirmed the news to the portal.
