Taarak Mehta... has now become a habit for masses, says Shailesh Lodha

Shailesh Lodha is loved and adored by TV viewers. Yes, he is the famous Taarak from SAB TV’s show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (produced by Neela Telefilms). Shailesh’s journey with words began when he was just seven years old and was popularly known as bal kavi (child poet). His passion for poetry later intensified and he has now gained immense popularity for his collection of poems and sonnets. “My journey with Taarak… has been great till date. The show has now become a habit for people. Like they eat, drink and sleep, similarly they watch Taarak. The concept is light and refreshing. I have enjoyed being a part of it as there have been no mess ups and no replacements,” shared Shailesh with Tellychakkar.com. He continued, “I love the entire team of Taarak… we all spend time together and are like a family.” He keeps busy with shooting but that hasn’t stopped him from writing his book of poetry. “It’s called Diljale Ka Facebook which is a humorous, satirical comedy wherein a heartbroken youth talks about his life in a poetic manner,” he ended.
