TV celebs dress up for a Halloween Party

Every year, people from world over celebrate 31 October as World Halloween day. It is a day when saints and sprits are honored. On this day, people usually dress up in spooky characters (often from famous movies or TV shows) and attend parties. Though this day is celebrated on a much larger scale in Western countries, people in India also enjoy the air of festivity in certain pockets. <em>Tellychakkar.com</em> caught up with few television actors to know if they had to dress up for a Halloween party, what they would wear. Tellychakkar.com caught up with few television actors to know if they had to dress up for a Halloween party, what they would wear. Read on to find out what they said: Shared Samir Kochhar, who is seen as Rajat in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, “Well, today I am in Goa for my friend’s wedding, so it’s a reception party tonight. Usually whenever I attend a Halloween party, I love to wear a spooky makeup and dress up like a vampire. I like to scare people around too. I have attended many parties in US and like to attend such parties here too. I suggest that everyone should attend Halloween parties; they are great fun.” Averred Smriti Kalra, who is seen in Suvreen Guggal-Topper of the year, on Channel V. “I haven’t been to any Halloween party ever, but if given a chance I would love to go and dress up like pop star Lady Gaga.” Observed Arjun Bijlani, who was last seen in Teri Meri Love Stories on Star Plus, “Today is my birthday too. I always share my birthday with the Halloween day. If given a chance, I would like to dress up normally as I do not like to mess up my birthday.” Maintained Pooja Bedi, “Well, my brother Adam throws a Halloween party every year. I am unable to attend the do tonight as I am in Delhi. As for dressing is concerned, well, I usually don’t wear much makeup; my dresses are very light. I like to be a pretty ghost.” Shared Rithvik Dhanjani, who is seen as Arjun in Pavitra Rishta, “I have attended many such parties and I like to enjoy a Halloween night very much. Once I had dressed up like a pirate. If I am called for one such party tonight, I would love to dress up as Joker from The Dark Knight.” Alok Narula, who is seen in Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein, went on to state, “I haven’t yet attended any Halloween party, but would love to attend one and would dress up like a Dracula and scare everyone around.” Finally, actor Puneet Sachdev commented, “I would love to wear Dexter’s apron which he wears before every kill.” So all you guys, let your sprits run high and have a happy Halloween Night.
