Mohit Malik who plays the chauvinist Samrat Singh Rathore in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki had a whale of a time at the recently shot Boroplus Gold Awards. The man not only walked away with the trophy for the Best Negative Lead – Male, but also got to sway around and shake his legs with the two sexy sirens Rashami Desai and Meghna Naidu.
And when it was time to collect his award, he made the woman in his life cry!!
Yes, we hear that Mohit with the trophy in hand wanted to thank only one person, and that was his gorgeous wife Aditi Shirwaiker. When Mohit said on stage, that this was his first nomination and award, and he has to thank his wife Aditi for it, the lady who was seated in the crowd had tears in her eyes.
When contacted, Aditi told Tellychakkar.com, “I was very much pre-occupied during the days when Mohit was busy with rehearsals for the Gold Awards performance. My parents were leaving for USA, and I was busy shopping with them. So I did not know much about what Mohit was dancing on. And when I saw him perform on the stage of Gold Awards, I was super-excited. And the cherry on the cake was the award he bagged. Yes, it is true that I got very emotional the moment Mohit thanked me in his speech after receiving the award. Tears rolled over automatically, and I could not control myself.”
