MUMBAI: Recently, there have been a lot of movie announcements that made the audience curious and excited, be it with the expectation with the storyline of the movie or be it the cast of the movie. There are times when the audience gets a unique treat due to the unique concept of the movie.

From the time Balaji Motion Pictures announced the release date of the second part of its super successful movie ‘Love, Sex Aur Dhokha’, the audience had become very excited to see what does the movie hold in stores this time for them. The first part of the movie released in the year 2010 wherein we got to watch actors like Rajkumar Rao, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Neha Chauhan and Anshuman Jha among others.

Well, the movie hit the big screens on 19th April. The movie stars Uorfi Javed, Bonita Rajpurohit, Paritosh Tiwari, Abhinav Singh and many more. The audience are excited to watch this movie on big screens.

In an exclusive conversation with Team Tellychakkar, director of the movie, Dibakar Banerjee was asked about the sequel of Shanghai, to which the director gave an intriguing reply.

Dibakar Banerjee said, “Shanghai 2 shayad ab hum karne ki haalat mein nahi hai kyuki maine Shanghai 2, naam nahi tha leking waise hi ek film banayi thi Netflix ke liye ‘Tees’. It was a Netflix original feature film and Netflix ne kahan ke who release karne ki haalat me nahi hai. Haalat ko dekhte hue. So unhone kahan ke haalat ka jaayza leke humara yeh kehna hai ke ye film abhi release nahi ho sakti.”
