Finally: KRK banned from Twitter

KRK banned from Twitter

Guttermouth Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK) has been banned by Twitter from using their site anymore. Reason being the prolific use of profane and downright obscene language in his daily tweets. The block came to light early this morning when a desperate and distraught KRK was forced to use his almost defunct Facebook page to air his grievances against Twitter. And in his true abhorable style, he bashed Twitter for blocking him from airing his views freely.

KRK’s tweets have often caused consternation to many. While most often don’t bother to reply, one obscene tweet aimed at Sonakshi Sinha irked the actress so much that she lashed out at the Bhjopuri star and demanded he be slapped tightly for his behavior. A meek KRK conceded defeat and ended up deleting the offending tweet.

His abuse however continued with impunity against other actresses who hardly gave him two hoots. A tipping point was reached when KRK bashed Deepika’s My Choice video through his video review. Annoyed and highly offended at usage of obscene language against women, a few NGOs involved in the empowerment of women wrote a letter to the government who thereafter notified Twitter authorities asking them to block KRK’s account.

Almost immediately sanctions were sought and once permissions were in place, KRK’s account was suspended. As of now, the suspension is indefinite. Last heard, KRK was planning to file an appeal with Twitter authorities for censoring his freedom of speech.
