Actor Inder Kumar, who was arrested on charges of rape in the month of April, was granted bail by the court today. He is expected to be released from jail tomorrow where he was kept in judicial custody for the last one month. We spoke to his wife Pallavi who sounded ecstatic at this development. “I am absolutely happy that Inder has been released. The charges leveled against him are all false and even the medical reports were fabricated. I have the real medical reports with me and now with Inder back we both will fight it strongly in the court of law. We strongly believe in our judicial system and have faith that we will get justice.” Pallavi also revealed that no special restrictions have been imposed on Inder’s bail. “The charges that have been applied have not been proved yet and hence bail has been granted. No special restrictions have been imposed except for the usual ones that come with bail.” Talking about the complainant in the case who also is the alleged victim, Pallavi said that she hasn’t heard anything from the victim ever since and nor would she like to hear anything from her in future. “I don’t want to hear anything from him. Myself and Inder will now fight this case in court and see to it that the wrong and pain that we have suffered because of the baseless and false allegation is remedied. And the girl will have to come to court and explain all of what she has alleged.” As for now Pallavi is looking forward to welcoming her husband back home after a month of incarceration. “All that I want to say is that I am extremely happy that Inder has been released and am looking forward to welcoming him home tomorrow.” Tellychakkar.com
