Looks like Kareena Kapoor has been running out of films of late. First she walked out of Karan Johar’s Shuddi saying that she wouldn’t be able to perform stunts. Interestingly this came after her co-star Hrithik Roshan excused himself out of the film after he had a fall on the sets of his film Bang Bang. And now it is the turn of Dev Benegal’s Bombay Samurai. The film has been put on the backburner, and not shelved contrary to the news going around. Sources at Benegal’s office have trashed the news saying that the film has been delayed and not shelved. Initially when she signed the film, Kareena had pinned all hopes on the Dev Benegal project and said that it was a whacky film with a very interesting concept. Moreover, she was to co-star Farhan Akhtar in the film for the first time, which would have definitely made for an interesting pairing. With all this going around, Kareena seems to be going through a rough patch in her career right now, call it a change of luck or picking up some wrong projects. Right now the actress has been left with only one film- Singham 2 opposite Ajay Degvn. So has the actor lost her sheen or it’s just a lean phase in her career?
