Sanjay Dutt tests negative for covid, might get discharged tomorrow

MUMBAI: Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital on Saturday night after he complained of breathlessness. The actor was admitted as he had difficulty in breathing and later took to his social media to inform fans about his condition as well. After Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital on Saturday night, the latest reports reveal that the actor underwent a swab test for COVID-19 and it is negative. In another health update, the report also stated that the actor might get discharged by tomorrow as he is doing fine now.

ABP Live reported that according to sources from Lilavati hospital, the reports for Sanjay Dutt’s swab test arrived and the actor has tested negative for COVID-19. Although Dutt underwent a rapid test for COVID-19 which turned out to be negative, the actor was tested again for the swab test to reduce any risk of contracting the deadly virus.

Apart from that, sources also revealed that Sanjay Dutt might get discharged soon. The sources mentioned that as the actor’s condition is completely stable at the moment, he may get discharged by tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt took to his Twitter to inform fans about his health. In his tweet, the actor assured everyone that he is doing well and is currently under medical observation. He also revealed that his COVID-19 report is negative and hopes to recover in a day or two with the help and care of the doctors, nurses, and staff at the hospital.
