MUMBAI: The Coronavirus pandemic has created a crisis situation for people. It has been a very challenging time for the economically weaker sections of the society, who have been rendered jobless and are struggling to reach their village amid lockdown. The migrant workers are hard-hit by the pandemic, and Sonu Sood has been at the forefront helping migrants reach their hometowns. He has been arranging buses, meals, PPE kits among other things, and now, fans have demanded ‘Bharat Ratna’ for him.

Twitterati poured in their appreciation and hailed the actor for being such a great help to those in need. Sonu Sood has also been replying to people on social media, and reached out to those who were seeking his help. Awestruck by his relentless work, Twitterati mentioned that he deserved a Bharat Ratna.
