MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under the auspices of Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly. The show's current theme revolves around Anupama struggling to balance the chase of her dreams and family emotions.

Adhya has numerous obstacles in her life and is not in an ideal mental health state. Her frequent anxiety attacks have become more frequent. Anuj will get completely broken as he feels that Adhya might never be able to lead a normal life due to her past.
Shockingly, Anuj was only left with the option to seek help from Anupama. So, he requests Anupama to stay with them and help Adhya to get over this state.
Anupama will not give a single thought before taking her daughter's responsibility as she loves her a lot.
Soon, she will be seen shifting with Anuj and Adhya which ultimately leaves everyone shocked.
