Only yesterday we reported on Ladies Special going off air, now we hear Sony is pulling off <em>Bhaskar Bharti</em> too. It is meeting its end on December 17. <em>Bhaskar Bharti</em> and <em>Ladies Special</em> were among the shows launched with much fanfare this May, when the channel went for a revamp. Now that the channel is planning a makeover yet again, it has decided to wash hands off <em>Bhaskar Bharti</em>, <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ladies-special-derailed>Ladies Special</a></em> and possibly a couple of more shows.

The show has been experiencing some lows currently. And this has had the team in a tizzy. In order that they woo back audiences the show will have a lot of action in the coming week. Obviously this has the actors very happy. And <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/did-you-know/how-ragini-khanna-related-amit-khanna>Ragini Khanna</a> who plays Bharti in the show too is very excited. In addition to the twists and turns in the plot that will be coming up it is for the first time that she will be dancing with Armaan (Aamir Ali). With Eid on Monday the theme is very aptly a <em>Qawalli</em>.

Though it is popular, DJ’s Bhaskar Bharti has failed to register the required numbers. Cynics have argued that perhaps the show hasn’t got the right protagonist. Eijaz Khan in particular is said to be misfit for the character of Bhaskar. Well, we’ve learnt that Khan wasn’t the preferred choice as the producer had first zeroed in on <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/hussain-shakti-play-lead-bollywood-film>Hussain Kuwajerwala</a> to play Bhaskar.
