Sony Entertainment Television’s flagship singing reality show, Indian Idol Junior, is back with its second season. The reality show that’s given Bollywood many ace singers kickstarted the second season this weekend with a promising bunch of kids and an enthusiastic panel of judges. The audition rounds were rather fun, and we are sure that the show is going to be a full dhamaal too! We tell you why you must not miss out on this series…take a look:
Super Judges:
We all know how good the three judges, Vishal Dadlani, Salim Merchant, and Shalmali Kholgade, are! They are not only talented, they know how to train a raw singer to become a diva. While the three weren’t that lenient, they did get emotional while listening to a contestant’s plight. That humane touch made for an interesting watch. Both Vishal and Salim are music composers as well, which gives them an edge over Shalmali as making music requires a different skill-set altogether. So we are in for a treat, readers! And in coming ays, Shalmali is going to be replaced by Sonakshi.
Sonakshi Sinha:
The ‘tadka’ of this season is the entry of actor Sonakshi Sinha, who is going to make her reality series debut with this show. Even when she had come on the show as a guest, she was a livewire. Interacting with the kids and generally being fun! So imagine the kind of fun we would have when she makes herself a permanent feature on the show! Ooh, excited!
Fabulous Contestants:
The most important thing for a show like this is the contestants. Fortunately, this season has some of the best contestants who are dedicated, talented and eager to learn. With such a talented lot, it would be rather entertaining to tune into this show. It’s no doubt that kids these days are exceptionally talented, and it would be fun to see what this season has to offer.
Anchors:
The link between the audiences, judges and the contestants is the host. With two exiting comparers this season, it’s going to be one helluva fun! TV star Asha Negi makes her hosting debut with this show, and we are excited to know what she has to offer. While the seasoned Hussain is a hit with the audiences already. Even though the two had little to do during the audition round, we are gearing up for their skills during the gala rounds. Are you too?
