The pretty and bubbly Nikita Dutta who rose to fame playing the Dream Girl is apparently dating one of her co-stars!

Well well, if you are wondering its Mohsin Khan or Kunal Verma, who starred opposite her, hold on to your horses, for this name is quite a surprising one!

If sources are to be believed, Nikita is dating Khalid Siddiqui who plays Manav in the show.

A birdie from the sets shared with us, “Nikita and Khalid hit off initially as friends but soon got quite close. Although they have kept their affair a closed door secret, their co-stars and friends do have a hint about their romantic relationship.”

Khalid who is a divorcee with two kids was recently in news after his ex-wife filed a harassment case against him. She alleged that Khalid was with his girlfriend while their son was ill at home all alone. And when she went on to confront him, he tried to strangulate her.

Interestingly the source further mentioned that Khalid was reportedly with Nikita during the entire fiasco.

Ahem ahem....only time will tell the reality of this love story.

To get a clearer and better picture on this buzz, we called the two actors. Nikita laughed it off saying that they are just good friends. She also maintained that Khalid was not at her home on the fateful night. Khalid too stuck on the same lines, and added, "Nikita is a friend as my other co-stars from the show. Now that she is not part of the show, we aren't even in touch. It's quite an assuming rumour I must add."
