There is much surprise in the coming weeks for Nach Baliye fans. Nach Baliye 3 has decided to bring in a new couple straight into the final rounds of the competition. This pair makes its debut on November 23. They will compete with four remaining jodis after this week's show. This development is likely to surprise the viewers but this was part of the script. Apparently, all other contestants were briefed about it before the first episode itself. Here it can be recalled that Juhi Parmar was to be the additional contestant and her baliye (partner) was to be chosen from the public. But as the contestants raised their voices, Juhi opted out. While they were successful in ousting Juhi, the contestants are now left to accept the additional pair. The new couple will get a direct entry into the final rounds. After slogging it out for eight weeks, the remaining jodis will now have to contend with two new dancers. A few contestants requesting anonymity voiced their opinions to tellychakkar. Says one, "I don't know whether it's unfair but it definitely is an advantage for them. We've been slogging it out week after every week, spending hours for rehearsals just to make it to this stage. The new jodi will be very fresh. It's the channel's prerogative so we can't do much about it." Adds another contestant, "rather than bringing in a new pair they should have brought back an eliminated pair in addition to the wild card winners. However, I'd like to say that the new pair has its share of pros and cons. While they will be fresh, they certainly can't relate to the audience or the judges like we've done for the past so many weeks." While it's unfair according to some to have a new pair catapulted into the final rounds, let's hope that our viewers are fair in their judgment.
