Priam has played prominent roles in several Bengali serials. The names of some of his projects include Bhalobasha.com, Kache Aye Shoi, Sedin Dujone and Run Rony Run. On his last show, Run Rony Run, he played the role of a sports coach. He also acted in the Paoli Dam starrer film Maya Mridanga.

In a candid conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Priam revealed five unknown facts about him. Read on.

School and college

He did his schooling from Gotan Subodh Memorial High School, Bardhaman and earned his college degree from Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri.

He is a big fan of the superstar of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan.

Weird habit

When we asked if he has any weird habit, he said laughing, “Oh, I am very absent-minded. Suppose, during a conversation if someone talks about a particular ‘river’ of which I have my own memories then instead of listening I will get carried away with my own thoughts.”   

Loves travelling

He loves travelling and especially enjoys the one day trips. He shared, “I love travelling. Whenever I get time, I go out for one day trips. So, during such trips, I like to explore places like Sundarbans, Bolpur etc. I also like long drives.”

Dramatic love story   

The most interesting part in the entire conversation was his love story. In his sweet love story, neither he nor his girlfriend (now wife, Ahana) said the three magical words to each other though they were in love since their school days. 

Reminiscing about the bygone days, he said, “We were neighbours. I was in class xi and she was in ix. She used to sing and I used to go to the roof to hear her. I used to make her sit on the handlebar of my bicycle and we used to enjoy rides around our locality. We both were aware of each other’s feelings but would never say ‘I love you’. I am a Muslim and she is a Hindu. Therefore, therer were some issues due to which instead of a social marriage we had to opt for a registry marriage.”

Well, all's well that ends well! The couple is now happily married and is blessed with a daughter.
