Aakash Aath unveils new comedy serial 'Pandemonium'

Here we bring a piece of good news for all the loyal viewers of Aakash Aath. The channel is launching a new comedy show titled ‘Pandemonium’ which is set against the backdrop of family drama.

Helmed by Debidas Bhattacharjee, this serial promises lots of rib tickling comedy scenes to its viewers.  

Coming to the plot, it revolves around the Sarkhels, a fun loving family which prefers to live amidst fun, frolic and happiness. Like any other family, they too have sadness and anger, but end of the day what dominate most in the house are joy, laughter and happiness.   

There is no place for conspiracy, jealousy and revenge among the family members. There is so much positivity in the house that even the Gods in heaven fail to understand how they fall into trouble.  

To make the events more interesting, every week many new characters will arrive in the house.    

When quizzed why an English name for a Bengali serial, the director quipped, “We have zeroed in on this title because it ignites curiosity.” 

Talking about the show, Eshita Surana, M.D. of Aakash Aath, opined, “Laughter is the best medicine. While running behind the clock, people have forgotten to laugh. This venture is an attempt to bring back that thing in people.”  

The cast of the serial includes Biswanath Basu, Joyjit Banerjee, Tanima Sen, Dola Chakraborty, Tirtha Mallick, Soumi Chakraborty, Alok Biswas, Aniruddha Mukherjee, Kunal Bhattacharya, Mayana Banerjee, Shombhu Midya and Soumi Pradhan. 

The meaning of Pandemonium is wild and noisy disorder or confusion and we must say that this serial with its superb concept will reflect its exact meaning through their crazy moments.

Watch this comedy show from 6th December every Monday to Saturday at 8 pm.
