Any work that you do with heart never gets wasted. This is what happened with the talented Akhlaque Khan who is currently seen in Life OK’s Baawre: Chal Jahan Chalen Mann Ke Paon Re (Sunshine Productions).
The actor who is also a gifted writer and photographer enjoys writing poems. And recently his talent helped his co-star Abhishek Rawat to perk up one of his scenes.
So what really happened? Find out here…
In the show Abhishek plays a theatre artist who is currently working on one of his plays. And recently the cast was shooting for a scene where Abhishek had to utter some romantic lines. The professional actor that he is, he was working on his scenes and trying to improve it when Akhlaque came in the picture.
Shares a source, “Akhlaque shared one of his poems to Abhishek and they discussed it with their director. Liking his words which suited the scene, the director gave his nod and Abhishek mouthed Akhlaque’s poem in the scene.”
Armed with the information we called up Akhlaque who acted modest, “It’s not a big deal. We were working on the scene and I recalled a poem I had written that matched it. I suggested it to Abhishek and it was agreed upon. It’s a simple four liner romantic poem.”
When asked whether he has plans to write again for the show, Akhlaque said, “Not at all. It was all in the spur of the moment. As it is writer Neelesh Mishra is doing a fabulous job and I can’t ever reach his standard. I wouldn’t actually ever dare to even try treading the path. Of course it was a sweet gesture of the director and Abhishek on choosing my words but it was nothing planned.”
Akhlaque keep writing and keep touching hearts.
Here is the poem penned by him-
Ek nazar dekhkar is dil mein sau taar bajaata hai koi
Apni halki si hansi phenk kar...kai rangon ko barsaata hai koi
Yun tu chukar bhi nahi chu paate hain log yahaan
Aur bin chuhe bhi khyaalon se chu jaata hai koi
