MUMBAI: Director Sanjeev Kumar Rajput is currently preparing for the release of his upcoming horror romantic flick, ‘Haunted Hills’. The film stars Zuber K Khan, Daina Khan, Mansi Gupta, Krishna Chaturvedi, Surendra Pal Singh, Gavie Chahal, Mansi Gupta, Sunny Thakur and Monica. While the film is just two weeks away from its release, actress Diana Khan has backed out from all promotions. 

The director of the film has allegedly stated that the actress is not ready to promote the film, in spite of clearing all her payments and having promotion clauses in the contract. They have even mentioned that the team has tried getting in touch with Diana, but all in vain. 

Shares director Sanjeev Kumar Rajput, "We had a professional contract with Diana and cleared all her payments too. But she has stopped responding to us and has not come for any of our promotional events till now. A film is made with lots of efforts and hard work by the entire crew and cast. But such an unprofessional behaviour is not appreciated. The film belongs to her as well and we expected her to be thoroughly involved to make our film reach heights."

Diana is a popular name in TV as well as Bollywood. The actress rose to fame with series Parvarrish season 2 and has done films such as Ghayal Once Again, Mehroom and Kabaddi. Haunted Hills will be her first horror genre film. Produced by Dixit brothers - Ravi Kant Dixit, Shashi Kant Dixit, Shailendra Dixit and Banwari Lal Dixit, Haunted Hills is set to hit cinemas on 28th February 2020.
