Aishwarya's 'height woes' do not trouble her anymore

Actress Aishwarya Sakhuja is no doubt a fine actor, but feels let down at times due to her height!!

Yes, she faces problems owing to her tall stature, but believes that she has successfully gotten out of it after playing the lead characters of Toasty, Shikha and Samaira.

Says Aishwarya, “Yes I am a very tall lady and people keep talking about it. I think sadly  that's the only controversial thing people find in me. Interestingly there are times when people end up looking for short girls as they feel tall girls don't look vulnerable, not very bahu type.”

The tall and lanky actress is also someone who gets praised whenever she wears a saree. “I kind of like the way I look in a saree. People have seen me wearing western clothes in Nach Baliye and Khatron Ke Khiladi so the kind of reaction I get is Oh!, you are wearing a saree now. But I feel very comfortable in Indian clothes and feel I look more relatable. I also feel I have a lot more appeal when I wear Indian clothes.”

After doing two reality shows, Aishwarya is now on the lookout for her next challenging role in the fiction setup.

And we hope she proves her point yet again by playing the charming and tall lead....
