Akkash Bharadwaj roped in for Sony TV's Ek Duje Ke Vaaste

Akkash Bharadwaj

We have seen actor Akkash Bharadwaj as a child artiste in K. Vishwanath’s Sur Sangam as actress Jayaprada’s on-screen son! He has played the role of the younger version of Balram in B.R. Chopra’s Mahabharat, and also as the spectacled brother of Mahima Chaudhary in the hit film Pardes...

Well, the actor with many films and TV shows to his credit will be making a comeback of sorts to television with a plump role in Sony TV’s upcoming show, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, produced by Writer turned Producer Dilip Jha.

Akkash we hear, will play the role of Babu Lal, who will come in as a comic relief to the show.

As we know, the show will have Namik Paul and Nikita Dutta in lead roles.

When contacted, Akkash Bharadwaj told us, “Yes, I have been cast for a prime role in the show. I will be bringing in the comic quotient in it.”

Akkash’s other noteworthy portrayals happen to be the TV shows Hasratein, Neeyat, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha..
