Amit Dolawat to anchor the Jalwa dance competition in Life OK's Gustakh Dil

Amit Dolawat
Actor Amit Dolawat has a remarkable screen presence no doubt, but the man has a good flair for hosting too. And his dream of being an anchor on screen comes true with Ravi Ojha Productions’ Gustakh Dil on Life OK. As we know, the protagonist in Gustakh Dil, Laajo essayed by Sana Amin Sheikh is gearing up for a dance competition wherein she will face Ratri (Leena Jumani). This happening dance event will be hosted by Amit Dolawat, who will come in as the celebrity host on the show. The best part will be that Amit will be playing himself. For the uninitiated, it is a homecoming for Amit with Ravi Ojha Productions after essaying the role of a psychopath in their earlier show, Sasural Genda Phool. We also hear that Amit will be showcasing his dancing skills too on the stage in addition to being the anchor. When contacted, Amit told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, it is true that I will be the anchor for the Jalwa dance competition in Gustakh Dil. This will be my first anchoring stint and I am excited about it. Also, the other positive is that I play myself. Overall, this is a fun experience and I look forward to many more anchoring opportunities.” Ask him about getting a chance to dance on stage, and he said, “Yes, I am a trained dancer and the director Rakesh Kumar knew it. So he saw to it that he inculcated few dance moves while I anchored the show.” Apart from this, Amit Dolawat is seen playing the lead role in Doordarshan’s Lakeerein Kismatt Ki. He is also working on his second Marathi movie. The Jalwa competition special episodes in Life OK’s Gustakh Dil will be on air from tonight (28 July).
