Amit Dolawat gets his first show on Colors with Udann

Seasoned actor Amit Dolawat has had back to back successful stints in shows Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Diya Aur Baati Hum.

And now for the very first time, Amit gets a chance to showcase his skills on channel COLORS. He will now enter the popular show, Udann (Guruodev Bhalla and Dhaval Gada) in a prime and strong character.

As we know, the story has now shifted to the circus wherein Amit will be seen playing the young and charismatic owner of the circus, Mr. Khanna.

As per sources, “Khanna will be a nice, emotional guy who would have a very practical approach in running his circus. However, when the choice to choose between his emotions and running the circus would arrive, he would choose the circus, as he would feel that he holds the responsibility of providing a living for more than 100 families working in his circus. While he will be one who would solve all issues in his circus, his wife played by Rishina Kandhari will be seen as a rather stern character.”

When contacted, Amit told us, “Udann is a huge show on Colors, and it has a great fan following with kids. I always wanted to play a character which has something that caters to kids. And this being my first show on Colors is very special. I look forward to the track ahead as the story line related to the circus is indeed going to be impressive.”
