Balaji is like home to me: Arjit Taneja

Arjit Taneja

Arjit Taneja has garnered success beyond the punishing curse of being as beautiful as he is!

The actor has surely proved that he has talent, that far outstrips his good looks. After garnering rave reviews from Kumkum Bhagya, Arjit is now showcasing his hatke avatar in Pyar Ko Ho Jane Do.

With both shows being from the realm of Balaji Telefilms, we asked if has become a Balaji child. Smilingly, he replied, “I think it is definitely home for me. It is the best production house and I am happy that I am doing two of their shows. It’s been two years and I feel I couldn’t have asked for more.”

With news of Mrunal Thakur’s exit from KB, we asked if he too would move out. “I am not leaving the show as of now. Since both are of the same production house, we have been managing well.”

Ask him, if fans would compare Purab’s character with his new role, Arjit quipped, “Comparisons will be there, but that’s part of the game. Both are different characters and will have diverse things to do. I hope my fans accept them both and love it equally.”

We asked him why he is only sticking to parallel roles, Arjit quipped, “They might be parallel leads, but are very strong ones. Also I think slow and steady wins the race, and thus am taking it slow. Also I want to try my luck in reality again, and would love to do Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.”

Great luck Arjit!
