MUMBAI: Bigg Boss is one of the most popular reality shows. Season 13 is currently on air. Many celebs have participated in the reality TV series and Salman Khan is seen as the host. 

The makers have extended the season by five weeks with the finale now taking place in mid-February. However, looks like the constant shooting and the stress owing to BB has taken a toll on his health. Salman’s anger this season has been immense and the superstar has time and again mentioned it on the show that it is becoming excruciating painful for him to handle this show anymore. In fact, sources told Deccan Chronicle that superstar’s family has asked him to quit the reality show in the light of his health. 

A source informed the publication, “Salman has recovered from a health issue called Trigeminal Neuralgia, which doesn't allow him to get very angry as it will disturb his nerves. But every week, one or the other participant is getting on to his nerves, which is not good for Salman's health. Hence, this is certainly the last season of the show that he will be hosting. He has been wanting to quit for a few seasons now, but somehow the channel and the production house keep getting him back. But now, he has clearly been told by close ones as well that the show should not hurt him in any manner, as his family and friends are concerned for him.”
