We all love superstar Rajnikanth, don’t we? So does our super bahu of small screen Rajni Kant.
As the entire world celebrates the release of Thalaivaa’s latest release Kabali, Rajni Kant of television aka Ridhima Pandit describes the day as Rajni Divas (Rajni Day).
A huge fan of the superstar, Ridhima says, “Whenever Rajni Sir’s film releases, it becomes a day dedicated to the superstar. And what makes him a living legend is not only his heroism depicted in his movies, but also the humanitarian work he does. The way love stories are projected in his films, everything makes him a star in the true sense of the word.”
Rajni, what if the Tamil superstar makes a special appearance on your show? After a brief pause, she replies excitedly, “You never know it actually can happen. I can at least hope about it that someday he will come to my show (winking her eyes). On a rather serious note, I would actually love to work with the legend someday, especially considering the fact that young actors like Radhika Apte and Sonakshi Sinha are working with him nowadays.”
So, have you seen Kabali yet Rajni? In a depressing tone the lovely lady Rajni says couldn’t manage to watch it yet. “Not only me, even my dad is a big fan of Rajni Sir. Though I couldn’t manage to watch the flick on the very first day, I will go to the theatres soon.”
Before signing off the Rajni mentions that her all time favourite Rajnikanth film is Hum.
