'Chak De!' time for Chandni Bhagwanani in P.S. I Hate You

Chandni Bhagwanani in P.S. I Hate You
Bubbly actress Chandni Bhagwanani, who is donning a new avatar with Channel V’s P.S I Hate You, has more than one reason to be happy. She is of course the lead in the show, basking in all the limelight and top of that she gets to play a power packed unique character. Playing Dimple, a hockey player from Amritsar, Chandni is getting to shed off her cute girly image and begin her journey as the rough and tough hockey playing tom boy. She will be seen moving to Delhi to achieve her dreams of playing hockey at an international level. Talking about the character, Chandni said, "I never played hockey and in fact haven’t even touched a hockey stick before the show, so it’s quite challenging for me to play this role. But I am really excited about the same." "It was quite difficult for me initially to get into the skin of the character of a hockey player. I was sure that I did not want to look fake on screen so made sure it looked as natural as possible. Currently I am training on the game and have also started playing hockey in between the shots,” she further added. P.S. I Hate You went on year yesterday at the 6pm slot and will air every Monday to Friday on Channel V. The show is produced by Rose Audio Visuals Productions and Niranjan Iyengar.
