Tellychakkar.com yesterday reported about Lovey Sasan essaying the central character in an episodic of Shapath (Fireworks Productions). She will essay the role of Kamya who will attempt to kill all the cops to free her father who had been accountable for some heinous crimes he committed in the city. After an aggressive effort to find out who the evil man who will go on to kill one of the central characters Maria (Jesse Randhawa) in the show soon will be, here we finally are with the name. A credible source informed us, “The character of Kamya’s father would be Danny and it would be essayed by the very talented Chetan Hansraj. He has sharp looks to pull off a negative role and it fits in the character well.” Armed with this piece of information, we buzzed Chetan who confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am currently shooting for the show. The story was interesting and there were three factors that made me chose Shapath. Firstly, doing episodics offer you a good opportunity to try different roles. It is a good change. Secondly, good money and thirdly, good characterization.” So would we be seeing the actor doing more episodics? Answered the actor, “To be frank, yes. I would be taking up some more episodics.
