MUMBAI: Varun Sood and Divya Agarwal are one of the most controversial couples of Telly Town.

Recently, the two are embroiled defending each other on social media over Bigg Boss and how Divya’s participation in the OTT season led her to become the winner however, she is not a part of Bigg Boss 15. However, there are several other controversies which have encircled around them in the past.

Benafsha Soonawalla and Varun Sood used to be one of the most adorable couples in the telly industry. The duo had an ugly breakup, leaving a lot of fans heartbroken. Benafsha had taken to Instagram to speak her heart out. She spoke about how she had tried her best to save her relationship but after a while, she had no option but to move on from her ex-boyfriend's "lies". Although Benafasha did not name the person, she allegedly claimed the actor of cheating, being disloyal and lying to her.

Divya Agarwal and Pratik Sahejpal got into a bitter fight throughout the day on Bigg Boss OTT. Divya's boyfriend, Varun Sood, also became a part of it. The trio were earlier contestants on Ace Of Space where Divya emerged as the winner. Now, Varun has reacted to Pratik's abuses at him in front of Divya. In his tweet, Varun said that he is making people talk even in a space (BB house) where he is not present. He added that he will continue to work hard while Pratik abuses him.

While leaving for Cape Town to shoot in May for Khatron Ke Khiladi, Varun kissed girlfriend Divya Agarwal at the airport. It might have been a sweet moment for the couple, who was set to spend almost two months apart, however, naysayers had a different take to it. As per the buzz, the said romantic moment was a PR strategy to create some noise for Varun and Divya. Even her act of holding a poster at his arrival was questioned by many.

Actor Priyank Sharma was a contestant in the Bigg Boss 11 season and Divya Agarwal was dating him at the time. The actress had entered the show for the family task, and she came as Priyank's family. But when she came into the house, she gave a shock to him as she broke up with him. She told him about the things he was doing wrong on the show and was also seen crying. After Divya came out of the house, Priyank mentioned that the two had broken up even before he had entered the house, which made Divya feel hurt. The duo was not seen talking to each other for a long time and even spoke against each other on social media. 

It was since the first Sunday Ka Vaar in Bigg Bos OTT that Divya witnessed a huge blow. KJo accused her of bitching behind her best friend's (Shamita Shetty) back. As a result, the entire house turned against her and isolated her.
