Loyal fans of Dil Dostii Dance, the popular Channel V show, have been missing their favourite jodi of Shantanu Maheshwari and Vrushika Mehta on screens from the time the show went off air. 

Well, this piece of news will bring smiles back on their faces!! 

Brace yourself, as you will soon see and enjoy the on-screen magic of Shantanu and Vrushika on your TV screen!! Well, the actors are all set to play new avatars and they will feature in a love tale of Disney Bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui. And bringing them back as a jodi will be BBC Worldwide Media. 

Yes, you heard it right!! Looking at the huge popularity that the actors garner, more especially because their loved Jodi is being missed on TV, the maker has decided to rope them in for an upcoming love tale. 

A reliable source states, “The episode which will feature Shantanu and Vrushika will feature sometime in March. However, the duo will be heading to the sets of Yeh Hai Aashiqui to shoot for their episodic very soon.”

When contacted, Palki Malhotra, Creative Producer, BBC Media confirmed the news, but did not want to get into details.
