Megha Gupta gets to play a psychotic person on TV which is no regular offering. Yes, her character is uber cool in Khushiyon Ki Gullak…Aashi (Miloni Films) on Sony PAL. Says Megha, “The woman doesn’t know that she is harming herself and feels her husband is playing games. It is a very interesting character and I really had a gala time playing this role. Split personality characters on TV may sometime be projected as crazy demented people, but in this show it has been projected in a real avatar and people will not be scared of her but will actually relate to her problems.” “Also I haven’t really tried playing a negative role but with the shades this character had, I got a chance to play a variety of emotions. I was quite apprehensive if I would be able to pull it off or not, but I am glad that I have managed well,” smiles Megha. She is super talented, we wonder what is keeping the actress away from mainstream daily shows. “To be honest there are some offers, but I am still waiting for something interesting to come my way. I am busy doing commercials which are quite fun. Daily shows are my first love and I am eager to get back with one,” she answers. So any shows that you watch? “Not really.
