Television couple Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonerjee, who recently went on a holiday to Ladakh, had a breathtaking experience. Well, literally.
Not everybody is used to climatic changes so switching from Mumbai’s heat to Ladakh's chilly weather took a toll on Debina's health.
Talking about her Ladakh experience, Debina shared, “Ladakh is a piece of heaven on earth. As we traveled by flight, the sudden weather change made me ill. While on our way to Pangong Tso Lake, I had a hard time breathing due to the extremely low temperature. After struggling for air, we stopped at an emergency unit. The army officers offered me oxygen and advised us to leave the place as soon as possible.”
She continued, “We had sleepless nights there. For some reason, Gurmeet and I couldn’t sleep at all. Sometimes, it used to get too hot, but would immediately turn cold. I suggest everyone to go by road as air travel can mess with your body.”
Awww…that must have been troublesome…
