Did Shakti Arora and Neha Saxena hide their marriage for years? The actor clarifies...

Shakti Arora and Neha Saxena

MUMBAI: They love sharing a piece of their life with their fans every now and then. However, there are a few who prefer keeping their lives under wraps.

Shakti Arora, who played Ranveer in Colors' Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, recently tied a knot with his girlfriend Neha Saxena.

The gorgeous Neha was last seen in &TV's Siddhi Vinayak

As per media reports, the couple tied a knot on 6 April in a private ceremony graced by close family and friends. After the wedding, the newlyweds shared a snap on their social media handles expressing their glee.

Together is a wonderful place to be!

What do you think of Shakti Arora?

Many doubted that the click was an old one. It was believed that the wedding had already happened and the news was shared much later.

In an exclusive tête-à-tête with TellyChakkar, Shakti Arora cleared all the doubts upon the same. “It was a demand from Neha’s end to get rid of the beard for our marriage and even now if I remove my beard, you will find me five- six years younger in my looks,” said Shakti Arora, completely declining the news.

Now the only thing that we can say is that people will think what they have to think and you can’t change or tell them what to or not to think.

Shakti has began shooting for his upcoming show on Colors’ Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka opposite a stellar cast Aditi Sharma, Drashti Dhami and Abhinav Shukla.

On being asked about his choice of role, Shakti said, “I have been offered other roles like historical, mythological, sci-fi and many others but I have not taken them as I don’t want to enact in any of these genres. One can’t experiment with the role, also you need to memorize the whole line in the exact way. Your limits in such role are bounded.”

“I love playing roles that help in showing different shades in one’s character but may be in near future I might take up a mythological, if it has shades in it,” he added.

All the best Shakti!
