Dincy Vira turns producer; to shoot her first short film with Zarina Wahab

It’s the yearning for more that makes one walk that extra mile and actress Dincy Vira knows all about it. The artist is currently a part of Channel V’s Yeh Jawaani Ta Ra Ri Ri and DD’s Tulsi More Angana but she wants more and that’s exactly why she has decided to step into production. Yes, the girl, who is all of 19, has managed to launch her very own production company – True Dreams Entertainment. Her company is shooting its first ad film today and its first short film starring Zarina Wahab will start rolling from 26th of this month. This particular story will be about a prostitute’s - Nafisa being essayed by Zarina- struggle to get her daughter out of the dirt that she has lived in all her life. The role of her daughter Shivani is being played by Dincy and the project is being directed by Ujala Prasad. Talking about her venture Dincy averred, “This is a new role in my life and I am investing my time and energy in it to understand different aspects of cinema. I’ve always been on the sets as an actor and now I’ll be walking as a producer.” How do you plan to balance both acting and production responsibilities? “I will be adjusting as per my shooting schedule and my team will take over in my absence.” We wish you luck with your first venture Dincy!!!
