The entire cast and crew of Colors’ popular daily Ek Shringar Swabhimaan (Rajshri Productions) is a big happy family.

Their beautiful set, located in Film City (Goregaon) is surrounded with greenery all around. And that gives pass to some 'mischievous' fellas to enter their zone.

Yes, it’s a common sight to see monkeys hopping around in the area, and they love visiting the happy family of Swabhimaan. Sometimes their presence do create difficulties in shoot but mostly the team enjoys the presence of these animals.

When we spoke to Sahil Uppal, he told us, “They come every day on sets. Its fun as whenever we are doing a dining table scene, where the food is being served, they come inside the set, and start running here and there as they have eyes on the food. This leads to delay in the scene but we kind of enjoy all the madness on sets as the production team do a lot of things to keep them away. They burn crackers if they aren’t ready to leave but I have seen the good side too, as they let the monkeys drink water and I feel it’s important because of the heat.”

“Once a mother monkey fainted after giving birth to a baby, so everybody on set was really concerned for her, and the production people called vets to take care of it… After all its Rajshri, we believe in family,” added Sahil.

Woah! Seems like it’s always a lot of fun on sets.
