Ekroop Bedi and Mithil Jain to feature in Life OK's Savdhan India

Actress Ekroop Bedi who recently made a comeback in Star Plus’ Suhani Si Ek Ladki, only to breathe her last as part of a major drama sequence will be featuring in her very first episodic outing of Life OK’s Savdhan India. Giving her company will be another noted actor Mithil Jain. Produced by Rowdy Rascals, the story will dwell upon how the wife Sudha (Ekroop) will be betrayed by her husband, after he would indulge in an extra marital affair. The husband Prakash (Mithil) would be trying his level best to avoid having a baby with his wife. The story will then revolve around the manner in which the wife will work things out in life, even after facing quite a lot of humiliations from her husband. Titled ‘Chalu Prakash’, the tale will deal with the manner in which Prakash will play around with every woman associated in his life. When contacted, Ekroop told us, “This is a challenging role and character wherein I get to actually live those moments.” Mithil told us, “Yes, this is a very challenging role, as I get to play various shades. The man, as the title says is very ‘chalu’, and will trouble everyone around him.” The character of the other woman will be played by Nisha Pareek. The story will air on 21 April.
