MUMBAI: Srishti Jain is a talented actress and having been a part of Hamari Wali Good News on Zee TV, she shared the kind of roles she looks forward to doing in future.

Srishti, in an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com said, “I have heard that OTT is come under the government which I am very happy to hear because now it will be episodes and now people like me can do OTT because I am very uncomfortable with bold stuff so I am happy now if this happens it will be a good refreshing change and I want to do content on OTT. I think they bring up a really great content but because everything they have offered is something bold to it, I have to do, when I joined the industry it was always to make my parents proud, so later on my family can watch when I have kids they can also watch, I can be comfortable with in the future. I would love to do OTT but it’s just that it’s bold stuff but now that everything is coming under the government it will change for better hopefully.

My dream role is something like warrior princess like in how in Bahubali , Tamannah Bhatia played. I would love to do battle field drama which has a lot of action. I don’t like roles that are domestic in nature. I like being the hero of the story and these are the kind of shows I have done in the past too. Like Durga, she had her husband and father but she fought her own battles physically and mentally. I find it very exciting and I feel like it’s a very strong representation of women and we need more of that, women need to know that they are also strong enough and they don’t need a man to save them. So any thing that revolves around women empowerment is something I would love to be  apart of. “
