Fans of Kunwar Amar are pretty miffed with producer-director Sajid Khan for his comment on Kunwar Amar’s performance last week in Nach Baliye 5 (Frames) on Star Plus. In fact, the fans vented their anger on the Himmatwala director on social networking sites early in the day yesterday (4 March 2013). However later in the day, they planned to focus more on voting for their dear actor Amar than worrying about Sajid’s comment. Well, we are sure that you may be wondering about the comment Sajid passed on this young lad. So, let us tell you: Soon after the performance of Amar last week, Sajid commented that Amar has managed to be a part of this dance reality show simply because of his fan following. This miffed the fans as they truly believe that Amar, who started his career as a dancer, is a brilliant performer. Thus, according to them, the comment by Sajid wasn’t fair. When we contacted Amar to know his take on the comment, he said, “I wouldn’t want to comment on what Sajid Sir told me on Nach Baliye, but I can tell you that I and Charlie (his girlfriend) are working really hard. We have been rehearsing for 15-16 hours without having enough time to sleep. So, I feel that I deserve to be where I am as I have worked very hard in Dance India Dance (DID) and Dil Dostii Dance (D3). If I have a fan following today, it’s because of my work as I do not belong to a big channel and I am very happy about it. If Sajid ji does not like my performance, then it’s fair, but I am going to work even harder now.” Passing a message to his friends, the actor averred, “I am thankful to each one of you for I have been receiving your votes. In fact, these votes have a difference of 50,000 to one lakh in comparison to the person in the third position as we are on the second position at the moment.
