Hargun Grover talks about his ‘bald’ look in Friends: Conditions Apply

Having comeback in a different avatar in Friends: Conditions Apply, Hargun Grover is certainly excited about his role but also kicked about his new look.

“I think it was one of the biggest twists in the show and has created a lot of drama. The role now which is of a powerful man is something that is in complete contrast of the ‘conductor’ role that I was essaying initially in the show. The man gets a high seeing destruction and blood and this role has taught me a lot for sure,” averred the guy.

Hargun added, “I did a lot of homework to get into the character of the terrorists and watched quite a lot of films to polish my skills. It’s not easy to actually showcase two different shades in one show and that too at such a short notice.”

Interestingly post the change in his character, the guy had to also shave off his head. Sharing more details on that, he said, “I was really upset when I got to know that I had to shave my head. Initially I cut it short but the production team wasn’t satisfied. And finally one person from the team came with me to get the haircut (laughs). I have literally sacrificed my hair for this show.”

“I feel it’s a dream character for me and I am lucky to have bagged the role. Also the show is doing really well and I am actually surprised by the high rating. The best part about the show is that although it is crime based it is completely women oriented. This is the reason why it stands out and interests viewers. Also since Kanir Sadanand helms the project, not once do we feel it’s a TV show. This show completely brings out a movie like feel and flavour,” quipped the actor.

Wish you luck Hargun!!!
