Hasan Zaidi and Barkha Bisht to play the leads in Sphere Origins' next on Sony Pal

Sony Pal-the channel is all set to roll out from August (2014), and the level of curiosity pertaining to the shows it will dole out is pretty high. Tellychakkar.com had earlier reported about Rashmi Telefilms and Miloni Pictures coming up with serials on the channel and here we bring you another piece of exclusive news. Production house Sphere Origins (Balika Vadhu, Saraswatichandra and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon…Ek Baar Phir) has also got a show commissioned on Sony Pal with the plot having a Muslim backdrop and the setting based in Lucknow. There’s also a buzz that the storyline is tentatively based on Amitabh- Jaya Bachchan starrer Mili. We also have more information on the leads. Good looking Hasan Zaidi (Khotey Sikkhey, MTV Webbed, Gumrah, Shapath) and the stunning Barkha Bisht (Parvarrish, Encounter) have been roped in as the protagonists. Informs a source, “The show has an amazing storyline. It’s a beautiful love story. To do justice to the plot, the makers have roped in these talented actors.” Shooting has already commenced and soon the team will be going to Lucknow to film a major chunk. The title of the show will also be finalised soon. We tried reaching Hasan and Barkha but could not get through.
