Colors' popular show Swaragini (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) is soon to bid adieu to its loyal viewers and people are already feeling the vacuum.

The good looking and talented lad Varun Kapoor, who has won hearts as Sanskaar in the show, has enjoyed the tenure and now looks forward to march ahead in the professional front.

In a short candid conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Varun talked about his journey with Swaragini and his future plans and much more...

Varun shared, "My journey with Swaragini has been incredible and I couldn't ask for more. I did not expect so much to happen with me in a show which was based on the story of two sisters. The character of Sanskaar was always in front and I am very happy about it. I worked hard for it and I have got what I have actually wanted."

When we asked him to comment about Swaragini going off-air, he commented, "I feel that the show had witnessed everything. No character was left unturned with respect to the story line. We had done it all; so I do not regret about the show going off. However, we never thought that the show will go off air so soon. I am happy, content and satisfied. Pulling the show off air is not my decision and is not in my hands. The decision has been taken by the people sitting above us, but I have no complaints when it comes to the show or my character."

It’s surely an emotional moment for an actor on his/her last day of shoot and Varun too had a hard time shooting his last scenes. "The feeling took some time to sink in, but I feel bad thinking that there won't be the same director, the cameramen, the spot boys and the actors around me anymore. I won't be getting this make-up room again and won't be putting up make up. But all good things come to an end and this marks the beginning of a new journey."

"I am going to give myself, my wife and my family sometime because it couldn't happen when I was doing the show. So that's on my priority list now. I don't know what is going to happen on my work front next."

We also asked Varun about the roles he is looking forward to play. He told us, "I never knew about this show and about Sanskaar before it happened to me. So, what I wish is not necessarily going to be true. Rather than wishing to play a specific role, I would wish that I will get a good character, a good show with good content and a good team."

We wish you good luck for your future ventures, Varun.
