Karan Tacker loves Shammi Kapoor; Sophie is in awe of Bollywood

‘I love Shammi Kapoor’ – this is exactly what Karan Tacker has been saying ever since he got the chance to perform on the theme – ‘I love…’ in Colors’ reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 (BBC Worldwide). Yes, Tacker says he has grown up watching the iconic star’s movies along with his dad. And he is all set to entertain one and all along with his choreographer partner Elena on the popular Retro number, Oh Haseena. Says Karan, “My father is a huge fan of Shammi and I have grown up seeing his movies. He is a fine actor and an inspiration for people. The best part of Shammi Kapoor’s acting is that he can never be copied.” Talking about the Bollywood beauties that he likes and adores, Karan states, “I like Madhubala and Asha Parekh, and would love to work with them if given an opportunity.” While Karan chose Shammi Kapoor in the ‘I love…’ theme, gorgeous Sophie who happens to be a hardcore Bollywood fan took up the theme ‘I love Bollywood’ and for the first time, sizzled on stage wearing a saree to the sensuous number Kaate nahi Kat te. Way to go!!
