MUMBAI: Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is high on emotional drama currently. Naira is battling health issues, and Kartik is unaware of the reason Naira changed her decision.
Kartik thinks that Naira is doing this for the family’s sake. So he decides to make her jealous by telling her the news of his engagement with Ashi.
