Mreenal Deshraj who essays the role of the alcoholic Jhanvi in Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz (4 Lions Films) has gone for a change in hair style on the show.
And this actually is a forced change for the actress, after she got into a difficult time managing her long open tresses.
As we know, in the character of Jhanvi, Mreenal had her curly hair let loose. Owing to the hectic schedule and exposure to the heat and radiation used to curl her hair, she started losing lot of hair.
Says the actress, “When I comb my hair, I lose quite a lot of hair from its root. The daily exposure to making curls has actually burnt major portions of my hair. Above all, since I let my hair loose for all the sequences in the show, there is quite a lot of damage. After getting into a talk with the concerned people in the show, I have now decided to change my look. I will now tie my hair into a bun, and that will do me good. In fact, when I get an off from shoot, I will have to trim my hair, and take out all the burnt portions. As of now, I am happy to get rid of my curls and open hair look.”
