Naman enters in 'Akbar Birbal'

Actor Naman Shaw, who has previously appeared in shows like "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi", “Kasamh Se” and “Kasautii Zindagii Kay”, will next be seen playing the role of Zeeshaan in TV show “Akbar Birbal”. This will be the first time that Naman will be seen doing a costume drama. He will be seen as Akbar’s (Kiku Sharda) nephew who enters the empire to learn the art of archery. “The character I am playing is completely different from my previous roles. The comedy genre has remained my personal favourite, so when I was approached for this role, I was really happy and excited,” Naman said in a statement. “I thoroughly enjoyed playing my character as we are not bound by a tight script. It is the first time that the audience will be seeing me in a costume drama and I hope they enjoy it as much as I did playing the role,” he added. “Akbar Birbal” is aired on BIG Magic.
