From past few years there has been a new trend of getting mythological and historical based shows on small screens.
We have seen many popular actors being part of these projects portraying godly character. But can we see ‘Madhubala’ of small screen, Drashti Dhami who is currently seen in Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, playing lead in mytho shows?
Well, here is what Drashti has to say about it, “I will never do a mytho as language will be a big barrier. I would get sick and tired getting hold of those heavy words.”
So does she enjoy wearing heavy costume and jewellery? “It’s very hectic. If it is your marriage then its only for a day but for a show you have to wear it every day. It’s fun for sometime but then it gets tiring.”
Drashti is been well-appreciated for her look of Gayatri in ETRETR but what is the one thing that she loves the most about her look? “I think my hairdo and my makeup. I have realized one thing that simple makeup makes you look natural and stands out.”
