Preeti Chaudhary bags lead role in Shashi-Sumeet’s upcoming show on Sony Pal

It’s raining news on Sony Pal these days. With a lot of top banners making shows for this to-be-launched channel, the buzz will only get stronger and stronger in days to come. Tellychakkar.com has already reported about Ek Ghar Banaunga fame Rahul Sharma and Saraswatichandra fame Aanshul Trivedi playing the leads in Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions’ upcoming show on Sony Pal. Titled ‘Ek Rishta Aisa Bhi’, the serial will deal with the relationship of a guy and his five sister-in-laws. After roping in Aanshul and Rahul, the maker has now finalized Preeti Chaudhary as one of the female leads on the show. Preeti is presently seen in the production house’s successful ongoing show Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus in the role of Kavita. A source states, “Preeti will play one of the main girls on the show. She will be paired opposite Rahul.” When contacted, Preeti told Tellychakkar.com, “I am really not aware of this development. I had auditioned for few new shows of Shashi-Sumeet Productions, but that was long back. I have not heard from them on anything till now.” Producer Sumeet Mittal remained unavailable.
