Priya Shinde to play the parallel lead in Colors' Beintehaa

Priya Shinde
Tellychakkar.com recently reported about Kamya Punjabi and Neil Motwani entering Colors’ Beintehaa, thus adding to the drama element. Now the show will see yet another entry in a parallel lead opposite the lead guy Zain (Harshad Arora). The girl entering Beintehaa (Fortune Productions) now will be Priya Shinde, of Splitsvilla fame. The girl was recently seen essaying the friend of Urmi in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki. Says a source, “Priya will essay the role of Sanam, an independent girl who would exude a lot of confidence. She would be well-settled in life, and would be a publisher by profession. Sanam would be the daughter of Suraiyya’s (Suchitra Pillai) old friend, who would be meeting her after many years. An exact replica of Suraiyya, Sanam would soon impress Suraiyya, and the elderly lady would decide to get Zain married to Sanam. Suraiyya will tell Zain to fast forward his divorce process with Aaliya (Preetika Rao) so that he could get married to Sanam.” When contacted, Priya confirmed the news stating, “Yes, I am shooting for Beintehaa. I play the parallel lead opposite Zain.” Priya has started shoot from today, and her entry sequence will be on air very soon. We hear that the track ahead will focus on Zain-Sanam’s engagement.
