MUMBAI: We have successfully moved into a digital era with web-series on OTT platforms gaining immense popularity.

After a number of successful web-series, Applause Entertainment has geared up for its next.

TellyChakkar has exclusive information that Applause will soon come up with a series tentatively titled Madhuri Talkies, which will be a crime thriller.

A close source informed us that Thackeray fame Rajeev Panday and Saksham Dayma will be playing important characters in the project. The source said, ‘Rajeev will play the main negative lead, whereas Saksham will be his associate.’

We tried to reach out to the actors, but they remained unavailable for comment.
