Rashami goes Jaya way; K3G magic in Adhuri Kahani Hamari

Rashami Desai

Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is one of the cult romantic movies of all time! And if you are wondering why we are in a nostalgic trip, let us give you the details.

A sequence in the upcoming episode of &TV’s Adhuri Kahani Hamari, has apparently drawn inspiration from KJo’s blockbuster film. And a video released by the channel on the same proves the point. The video also gives clear hint of the drama that has been lined up for the viewers.

Introducing the new entry, Rashami Desai as Preet Bhabhi, the video clip shows her offering puja like a true TV bahu. And soon her gut feeling makes her realize that her dear brother-in-law Krish is on the gates. And as she rushes to open the door, she is shocked to see Krish (Laksh Lalwani) with his newly wedded wife Radhika (Mahima Makwana).

Now if you are wondering why we are going random with K3G and the show, lets connect the dots.

Firstly the background score has been taken straight from the movie giving you the kick of nostalgia as soon as the video starts playing. Then the scene has an uncanny resemblance when it comes to emotions of Jaya Bachchan-SRK’s bonding. K3G’s iconic scene has already been etched in audience's memory, and we cant help but gush looking at Rashami going Jaya way.

Here you too check it out:

And yes, although Rashami is way too young, but her look, character and emotions will definitely give competition to Jaya Bachchan. What say?

When we asked Rashami about the resemblance, she smiled to say, “Yes, the scene does remind one of K3G but you will have to wait and watch to see the drama lined up.”
